Online eCheck and Card Payments

Our ePay Portal provides you the ability to set up and manage your ACH and card payments online.

Payment by Phone

​Alliance Bank's Payment Support team can accept one-time ACH payments by phone. For assistance, please call (844) 739-2331.

Bill Pay from Homeowner's Bank:

Alternatively, you can use the bill pay service provided by your personal bank. When using your bank bill pay, you will want to include the following information in your payment profile. 

• Payee: (Name of your HOA)

• c/o: Landmark Limited

• P.O. Box 97731

       Las Vegas, NV 89193-7731

• Memo/Account Number: (Call Landmark Limited at (916) 746-0011 for assistance in obtaining this information)

Mailed Payments:

Homeowners can mail your payment directly to the bank's processing center noted below. It is important your check by written you to the name of your association and your account number is provided in the memo area on your check or you can include a copy of your payment coupon or statement to apply payment.
